Also this sometimes. I cap at 3. Not very low in sugar but at least it’s healthy.
I found a dark chocolate bar that has sea salt in it--and for some reason that helps hit the chocolate craving and I'm able to just have one piece. Other chocolate types, I have trouble stopping after one piece. Also sometimes honey roasted peanuts can fill that same gap, but it can be hard to stop ;)
Yes, eat a small piece of 95% dark chocolate.
Just eat the chocolate. You’ll crave it way less when you’re not restricting
I usually stick to gummies with nutritional benefits. That way I satisfy my sweet tooth cravings as well as get something beneficial for the body.
broccoli... believe it or not haha i also do peanut butter and carrots 🤷♂️
Dry mango - Whole Foods brand

Dark chocolate (the brand I eat is bark thins)! I eat one piece after dinner. Not the healthiest dark chocolate brand, but it’s tasty haha
Mealenders is good for this, chocolate coated with mint on the inside, takes a bit of time to dissolve which helps curb the hunger at the end of a meal
Ginger shots
When you get control over your weight and the bulges start to go, that is the best motivation. Sugar definitely is tied to the bulge and when you can make the correlation between them, it gets easier .
I actually got the pinch test from a “Special K” breakfast cereal commercial several years ago. Been doing it ever since. Less than a inch.
Cottage cheese with fruit or berries. Also candy grapes.
