After every meal, I crave some sort of dessert even if it’s a piece of chocolate. Has anyone found a way to curb those cravings? I’ve been trying to eat fruit instead but it just doesn’t do it for me.

I found a dark chocolate bar that has sea salt in it--and for some reason that helps hit the chocolate craving and I'm able to just have one piece. Other chocolate types, I have trouble stopping after one piece. Also sometimes honey roasted peanuts can fill that same gap, but it can be hard to stop ;)

I heard there are mints or gums that make sugar taste like putty. Never tried it but I'm sure that would help.

Dark chocolate (the brand I eat is bark thins)! I eat one piece after dinner. Not the healthiest dark chocolate brand, but it’s tasty haha

Mealenders is good for this, chocolate coated with mint on the inside, takes a bit of time to dissolve which helps curb the hunger at the end of a meal

Ginger shots

When you get control over your weight and the bulges start to go, that is the best motivation. Sugar definitely is tied to the bulge and when you can make the correlation between them, it gets easier .

I actually got the pinch test from a “Special K” breakfast cereal commercial several years ago. Been doing it ever since. Less than a inch.

Cottage cheese with fruit or berries. Also candy grapes.

Cinnamon bread for me

Or coco wheats hot cereal

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. My anxiety makes me good at my job. My incessant checking, and double checking, and analyzing has earned me praise, trust, and early promotions. Sometimes I wonder, if I were to take medication to give myself some relief, and to stop the panic attacks, would I be less productive? And then I wonder, do I value my own health so little? But I’m so validated by my performance...sad isn’t it? Hope I’m not alone.

My lovely fish, small recommend for anyone suffering the anxiety, I was found to have chronically low vitamin D so am now on supplements after doing a kick start course. 6 months in - Hasn't gone away, but the impact has lessened greatly and the 'recovery time' is much quicker without so much drain after.

I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. Maybe any good water bottles that help you drink more?
