I want to teach STEM, and my resume has all the STEM on it that I have done outside my classroom- overseas, summer school…and I am working on my masters in elementary education, science specialists. All they see is PREK. How can I ever get a chance to teach STeM if no one gives me a chance? Felling really discouraged.

Like a lot of people, I’m thinking about going back to school for an MBA. I don’t have the money or time to dedicate to a top tier school, so I’ve been looking at WGU’s MBA in IT Management. It’s accredited. Time and cost-efficient.

My primary concern is not prestige or the connections from school like some others I’ve heard. I just want to know if I went this route, would I still be able to check that MBA box and open the door for higher starting salary if I made a jump?

My SO and I are contemplating pursuing MBAs simultaneously; is it advisable? Any personal experiences to share?
