My last salary increase was 12 months ago, I have been told that I may need to wait another quarter or longer to see an increase in pay (even though more workload has been added to my role). Anyway 1 customer has been calling in for updates regularly (loveley lady and very understanding, door is for her sons bedroom) called my sales guy today, advised she might need to look at other doors as her sons turned 13 today and will be wanting to have a ham shank in his room and it's something she'd rather not witness 😀.
