Novelis has been struggling with the Alabama project (cost, timeliness) because probably not right people have been leading it. The company keeps also struggling with the culture despite of the top mgt trying to desperately improve it. More and more positions are with incapable people (DEI) and manipulators/tricksters. It was only a matter of time this would affect the company financials. The highly renowned CEO is losing a grip on the company (unfortunately).
