Now that almost all of us are WFH and thereby cooking and using our kitchens more, any money saving tips when purchasing, storing, and cooking? For me, I never seem to get cilantro to stay fresh more than a couple of days. Also, almost always waste salad greens as they don't stay fresh by the end of the week.
