Well hello guys!
Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.

I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.

Here in India, most of the roles in MC & strategy advisory fills through referrals and campus recruitment, and not posting on the websites. Figure out a common interest that can bring you together. Something has to spark conversations between you two, every day. It could be politics, sports, work, gossip about someone else. Anything. Generally if it's a good common interest then it's better.
Next time also notice how her mother behaves and what’s the chemistry between her mother and father. When we cross 35, we exactly behaves same like our parents I don’t know why.
If she knows cooking and house chores your life will be heaven , don't worry about education
Company not paying enough for a maid I guess
Speak to her, try and find her interests. See how much they match. Location and language should not matter. Unlike everyone here I would say you are NOT marrying a maid. So whether she can massage your feet or cook awesome meals should be a secondary concern. Life partner means having someone at your mental level, who can give you mental peace. Else just marry anyone, it does not even matter.
I can’t tell you what to do, but I’ll just say if you actually end up getting married to her, please don’t be embarrassed/ashamed of her! Don’t make her feel inferior just because she has a different background.
And don’t marry her because she will cook and clean, she actually might just do it but don’t expect it out of her!

Don't judge a book by its cover. Village girls are quite smart and language is a medium to express yourself. Meet her, talk to her.
