Base + bonus is maybe a bit low, but the RSUs are excellent (assuming a vesting schedule of 4 years or less).
For reference, I have 6 YOE and making 225k base + 20% bonus + 20k annual equity grant. Different industry.

Is the 150k in rsus annual? If so really good. If over 4 years decent.
Really good because of the RSUs, just make sure you understand the vesting schedule.
200k and 10% are both a tad low (but not unheard of in house for tech these days) but obviously is made up by that RSU grant.
Base and bonus a bit low. However, this will be a good launch pad for other jobs if you can’t get a salary increase over next few years.
Negotiate a bit but otherwise go for it
Solid offer! If remote, amazing. If not HCOL, even better.
Not bad at all. Keep in mind raises and bonus will be tied to base pay, which might only go up 2% a year. Now is your only real shot to move that number up so def give it a try.
That is awesome; stay put!

Did you find this through linkedin/online postings or through the firm. I've been searching for 3 months now and haven't gotten any bites. 5YOE
I assume that's 150k vesting over three or four years (so between 37k and 50k annual comp)?
