1) IBM GBS =$187K base + $15k sing-on bonus + Yearly Discretionary company bonus (not contractual bonus, based on IBM growth only - which is expected to be negative in next 2 years due to IBM restructuring)
2) NTT DaTa=$220k base + 15% yearly contractual bonus; Total ~ $253k/year
Both same location remote WFH.
Both similar role. 
I plan to move away from Consulting in next 3-5 years time.
