On April 26th | cleared Ll and L2 at LTI mindtree (Chennai) and submitted pre offer documents on 29th April still I didn't received any HR discussion call. Can any on tell how long it will take hr to process. It's been almost three week, does anyone faced this before??

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer.
