Note of caution. Monday morning travel doesn't mix well with a client site team who are all morning people. I'm on my third cup of coffee and I still can't catch up with these people.
I have a coworker on a project who is not contributing their fair share... I'm afraid I'm already viewed as too aggressive in the group so I haven’t been vocal about it. I think I may stay silent.
Wish I were staffed on a project in a city known for clubbing and other debauchery. Vegas, New York, New Orleans…
The discrepancy between the time I spend making PPT presentations and the client spends reviewing them is horrifically absurd
I have the option of staying on a tech project that I don't like for 4 months, or roll off early and try to get on an interesting strategy project that starts in a month. Should I take the risk?
Met my boyfriend at my previous client. Now he's working for Accenture too...now we crossed paths again at the same client/and same team. Anyone else meet their significant other at a client site?
Client strategy and direction is actually driven by the analysis and recommendations by 20-something year olds.
Everybody I know wants to get out of this project. It's only this project or you guys too???
That moment when Project 2013 freezes on you and you wonder how a product could take one step forward and two steps back
When the client comes in hot trying to prove you fucked up & you have proof in writing that they told you to do it. HUZZAHHH🎉🙌🏻💃🏻
Does the way you dress really matter as an analyst? I understand looking clean and well rested, but it’s not like the client is looking at you as the company spokesmodel! Thoughts?
My only face to face client meeting tomorrow at 10 AM is now cancelled. Call in sick and sleep till noon? #Blessed #BlessedAF
Taking a shit on client site is similar to taking one at your friends house. 1.Avoid at all costs 2. If you really(and I mean really) have to...pray for silent farts.
Curious to see if people are willing to say who their worst client was. I wonder if there are any trends. And yes, I know we aren't supposed to give client names but since this is anonymous...
Those difficult meetings where the client refuses to buy any of the BS we stay trying to sell 😰
Correct font and company!

How does this sound?
Has anyone else felt physically sick from stress/overwork? I’d been dizzy, with headaches and stomach pain for weeks, and had debilitating chest pain today (couldn’t sit up) Went to the doc last week and bloodwork is normal; been doing counseling but that still hasn’t helped.
Are any holiday parties happening?
Will you leave consulting to go to industry for 20% pay cut in base but higher bonus that will make the total comp same ? I am a new manager, so SM is at least three years away. In industry there is a good chance to become director in 12-18 months. It will be moving from tech consulting to a program management role in the digital space.
I know we have a commitment to the client and are expected to work as long as it takes to get the job done. But why don’t we write and sign contracts that are realistic? It feels like cheating
Ethical dilemma:Got interview in nyc & they told to book flight that they will reimburse. However, I can just travel there from client location and pocket ~$550. Leaning towards doing right. Thoughts?
Country wide, everybody in my company is applying to the same bschool. Essentially same competitive pool. This will be fun.
What do the management consultants at big 4 do as project? How does the project look like? And how is it compared to tier 2 or MBB? Anyone share some examples?
When you get a "work from home" project and it changes your life. Eating healthy and working out regularly. Yay!
