Anybody interest in buying/becoming an owner in a farm in NJ? My family has a very profitable farm and they want to find a buyer that will take over the business. They will teach you everything. They sell fresh cut flowers. I would do it, but I just got funding for my startup. They turn over about a .5 million just the two of them (mom and dad). I work for a small firm (about 20 attorneys) and make 90k. I’m coming up for a raise discussion in a couple of months but don’t know how to go about it/what is reasonable to ask for. I bill about 35 hrs/week at 400/hr, so I think I deserve a bump, especially considering the posture of the market. Any advice/feedback from similarly situated associates or partners at similarly sized firms?
