Suggestion to the organization / rant of an employee of an VLSI IBU.

Organization looks only for cut throat profit and not employee welfare.

1) No proper cab facilities or employee commutation.
2) Constantly keep on pushing people for support projects where they can't learn or grow.
3) Health of employee is least considered.
4) Even if there is mistake from client end employees are asked to adjust and work. Organization doesn't stand with employees.

I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously. The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). Anyways, the attorney decided to tell the HR manager about the mistakes I had been making. Rather than HR discussing with me, the manager told my dramatic coworker to tell me..how should I handle this? Very hurt!

I had my first round of interviews with Mckinsey last Friday. the first case was a disaster but the second case + both of the PEI were quite good. The thing is, my other lead progressed very well, it's also in the Private Equity space, an Investor Relations manager role, boring but good money. they pressed me to go through all the process by the end of the week but I won’t be able to advance much with McKinsey by then…Super stressed, what should I do?
