Passed my CISSP. Does PwC cyber have a certification bonus for completing CISSP? Feel like I have seen something on it, but couldn’t find info

I graduated in 2020. Now working in a consulting firm for 6 months. Bored as hell around here and want to give a shot at coding.
Is it right thing to do career wise?I'm 24 years old now. Have 12 lpa at present.
