People hired from outside at my level are getting better offers than those of us promoted internally. Same stage, different pay and support. It honestly makes staying feel like a mistake. Did anyone else see outsiders treated better than insiders?

Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. I’m currently being recruited pretty seriously for a in-vivo technician position in the auto-immune team, but I already have a job lined up at Envigo as a small animal sx tech.
