Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

I am a clinical research coordinator working in Austin, Texas. I have my Masters in Cell & Molecular Biology and have a year of laboratory research experience.

I’ve been in my position for 5 months now. I make $27 hourly which amounts to about $51,000 yearly. Am I being under paid? Are all coordinator positions hourly? As a laboratory researcher I was salary :(

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. Now I am unaware of how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience. During my first switch back in 2019 I recieved 80% hike (4.5 lpa to 8 lpa), that was such an excitement you just can't believe. I got this once my ex left me and I was happy after receiving this offer after huge sadness , sorrows given my ex.



Today I recieved 100% hike with cctc as 10 lpa but no excitement. It look like I am becoming a robot and not enjoying anything.
