All these weddings are blowing my mind and budget. I've had 5 weddings so far this year with several more to go by EoY. On top of that I've been asked to be in a lot of them which adds additional time commitment and cost. I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨

If things were normal and I was traveling / spending as usual, getting the CSR or AMEX platinum would make sense. But with things the way they are, what should I do? If so, wondering what your recommendations are and or if there are new cards out there I haven't heard of yet. For context I probably have another 20k+ in expenses to pay still and my current cards are:

Citi double cash
Random card (used to be uber)

Have a big upcoming international trip and trying to choose between the Marriott convoy boundless credit card or the chase sapphire preferred card to not have foreign transaction fees. Anyone have any experience with either and can help tip the scales one way or another?
