Cervejaria Ramiro in Lisbon!
Alma and Tapisco for dinner. Sister restaurants. Alma has 2 Michelin stars (incredible dining experience). Tapisco has Michelin plates (get the octopus!!)
Java rooftop and Amago in Lisbon. Also agree with M1 about Duoro - I went in Feb and it was amazing
Highly recommend going out to the Douro valley (wine country). It's an about 2hrs via car to Pinhao, and I loved the Vintage House hotel.
It clearly won't be vine season for the vineyards, but it's gorgeous out there! Terraced vineyards along the rivers, and beautiful views. + It is off-season so the hotels will be half price.
Palacio Chiado & Agua Pela Barba (very different places) in Lisbon, Flow Restaurant & Bar Aduela in Porto
Tasca da Esquina, Taberna da Rue das Flores (hard to get into. Need to plan) and Antiga Camponessa in Lisbon. There is a park past the square in front of the Verride Palacio de Santa Catarina Hotel that is perfect for sunset (it is down the street from the Antiga Camponessa restaurant). There is a park kiosk run by the hotel that serves excellent drinks and snacks. Highly recommend.
This apartment in Porto is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. It is right in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage site: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2921985?viralityEntryPoint=1&s=76 (try booking directly through PortoSense to save on Airbnb fees)
