I think the main thing to start with is to do some cutting. Remember a resume doesn’t need to be comprehensive—it needs to be relevant. The more text and less white space, the harder it is someone’s eyes to catch the important parts.
For office admin, it seems like you could cut bullets 3, 4, and 5 pretty easily because they’re not as related to project management. With creative assistant, 2 and 4 could go, and see if anything else could too. Keep project coordinator to 4 bullets, and remember to put in results/outcomes.
