I joined a company 15 days back with permanent WFH option at 12 LPA fixed but now got an offer from Amazon - 19.5 LPA (15.5 base + 4lakh bonus each month) Bangalore.
I am really confused on What should I do?
I have 3 YOE. Moved from support to this new Bl role and work here is remote with alot flexibility and lot to learn.
But Amazon is a huge brand and can help me further. Amazon is offering Business Analyst role.
