Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

MDRx pharmacy in SoCal ships nationwide and only does fertility drugs. Recommend.
I would not use an overseas pharmacy--these drugs need refrigeration, and if your drugs are duds, you've wasted a round. They might not be shipped/stored at the right temperature.
EncompassRX was the cheapest I came across in the US for the meds I was needing. Good service too.
I don’t have any specific recommendations for you in terms of pharmacies to explore. All I will say (since the concept of something being foreign oftentimes leads people to believe it’s bad, particularly with healthcare/medicine) is that there is nothing magical about US pharmacies that isn’t available to pharmacists in other countries. Thousands (millions?) of people globally take fertility drugs every year. Magnitudes more are taking pharmaceuticals. Practically all are doing this safely. In fact, it’s oftentimes safer, easier, and cheaper.
Having to ship the drugs a long distance does complicate this significantly, especially given temperature requirements. @OP, I would make sure you are doing your research (which you clearly are) and verifying that the pharmacy knows what it’s doing and has demonstrated experience regarding shipping internationally. But there’s no reason for you to be concerned about a pharmacy simply because it’s outside the US.
No, You will need fertility meds quickly and depending upon your progress, you may need to request an overnight order….so I wouldn’t risk ordering from a pharmacy out of the country.
Freedom Pharmacy (in Massachusetts) for everything or MDR (in California) are fast, reliable and helpful. Also ask your nurse/clinic if they have recommendations…I’m certain their patients use a plethora of pharmacies that specialize in fertility meds.
