=SUMIFS(XLOOKUP(J14,E12:E187,D12:D187), E12:E187,J14)

Democrats in 2000: Bush is Hitler
Democrats in 2004: Bush is still Hitler
Democrats in 2008: McCain is Hitler
Democrats in 2012: Romney is Hitler
Democrats in 2016– : Wow, now we love George W Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
