Is the MBA from a Top 20 school?
OP- give you an idea. I’m not at PwC but I have similar credentials without an MBA. I’m at 112 with 5 years in information security and 5 in business operations (startup)

OP, SA1s in Management Consulting (MC) and Technology Consulting (TC) with top tier MBA start around 135/140K. Salaries vary by geography.
I believe MBAs actually come in at SA2. Hence why I lowered my estimate a big. What SA1 is saying though is generally true.
MBAs come in at SA1. MBAs Seniors and Managers are on a different payscale than non-MBAs
