soo my sleep schedule is effed up, i keep trying to wake up early-ish (7am) but i’m lacking motivation and i wake up tired 😴
i stumbled upon this article that talked about this book. we always hear about the “secret” of strong leaders is that they wake up early. has anyone read this/tried it out?

☑️ ‘Abnormally aware’ that the guy next to me is staring past the privacy screen at my deck
☑️ ‘Excessive fidgeting’ due to lack of sleep + coffee before a 6am flight
☑️ ‘cold penetrating stare’ ... self-explanatory
☑️ sleeping during flight
So basically they want to flag all of us down 🙄
This just seems like an excuse to profile people
Is an Adam’s apple jump when you swallow a lot to equalise the air pressure?
I’m okay with this list. The only one that might get me flagged is the abnormally aware part. I watch every single person that gets up or stands in the aisle, especially if they approach the cockpit or if they stand in the aisle for a long time. My theory is that people are crazy, if you are going to try to do something to this plane at 34,000 feet then I am going to try to stop you. I have no reason to sit there and hope for the best miles up in the air.
So act like one of them and you’re donzo.
