Pretty torn between CSR and Amex Gold cards. Ignoring annual fees, I’m torn between points earning potential. With most of my budget going towards discretionary spending (dining, groceries, drinks) the Gold has an appeal, yet CSR’s broader definition for travel might even out the point earning potential (ie covering full cost of one Airbnd for several friends would be a big point generator).

Are there any other major factors I might not be considering? I’ve gone thru the TPG review FWIW.

When to sell at a loss?

I’m 26 and have a fair chunk of my NW tied to Cloudflare - a tech stock that I believe has the opportunity to 3x and become a $100b+ company over the long term. Similarly, I have a lot in cloud computing etf - WCLD.

Given short term rotation out of growth stocks, I’m confused on what to do. I think we still have some time before growth stocks bottom out, but do I sell?

So I am about to move to D.C this fall for work. I'm really interested in Real Estate and renting places out but don't know where to start. Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K.
