Previously I was selected in Hcltech .I submitted all documents which they required, after that I got a mail position kept on hold , after 5 month I got another mail on 15 November that we will consider your candidature ,it’s been almost 1 month I didn’t get any information after this mail , will they release offer letter or not?

What is a good salary tab to be at for a consultant role with an international NGO? The profile is Marketing Communications. I have 7 years of experience and hold two MS degrees - one from reputed US private university and one from a leading Indian B-school. Has anyone had issues with hiring department? I applied to a IT position, passed the interview and they gave me a start date and salary.
