What should be the ideal package for a SAP ABAP consultant experience of 5 years?

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I don’t want to accept and then have to cancel, but there’s no guarantee the other job will hire me either. 😩

Hello all! Is there any technical consultant eorking directly on Servicenow company? I have been scheduled for an interview with hiring manager and a second interview with two Sr technical consultant. I have some questions based that this will be my first interview as a technical consultant, does this position has to do any sales? Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

No matter how sour or great your work tenure was, when you are close to your end date and handing over your badge etc on your last working day you feel extremely sad. EY is a great company (contd)

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.
