I've had it take 6-9 months on really complex / highly regulated accounts. There's no standard time, but it's all helped or hindered by how well the existing onboarding is set up.
2-3 months.
Totally normal.
I’d say at least a month to start getting the general hang of it, but would expect new things to keep popping up for months
But also instead of feeling “lost”, ask questions, do lots of your own research, review past correspondence, understand the successes, failures, challenges.

Good point this. Never hurts to send your teammates a message and hop on a call if more context is needed, it has saved me hours of sifting through old emails and past documents.
It’s good to feel this way. Your target audience likely deals with the same level of confusion
Na give yourself 3-4 months. Every team is diff..this is normal. Don't feel bad hang in there you'll get it

About 3-6 months depending on the complexity
Agreed on the 3-6 months. In my experience, it depends on how complex the brand is, how new it is vs how long the accounts been around, where in planning it is, etc.
Totally normal, give yourself a break. Someone already said it here but it definitely helps tapping into team members that have had longer tenure on the account. Gives you context and builds a bridge
Depends on the complexity of the account and how well documents and processes are managed by the team but give yourself at least 90 days.
