Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Makes me instantly think you're useless
The worst is when people put MBA, PMP, SAFe in their signature it’s like ok hardo I see you...didn’t know your signature was an extension of your resume smh
So much more swag to put nothing in your signature and let people find out later.
PMP is not useless. Many companies will throw out your resume if you don't have it. Once you pass that step, its useless.
(For other certs, PMP is pretty much useless IMO)
I am a PMP, but don't put it in my signature .
Any alphabet soup next to your name is lame.
How hard is it to get the PMP certification?
In resume= solid. In sig= a joke
Is PMP worth it? How has it helped you advance your career?
Helps getting a pretty easy cash bonus for getting a certification.
Just don’t.
How about CISSP?
The whole point of certification is to let people know you know something. It definitely helps you get the first impression right. Don’t listen to the naysayers, a PMP in your signature helps you start at a higher level in your internal and external interactions
I’ve been here many a time before. I’ve slowly moved away from adding certs to my signature. I’ve substituted them with a brief headline highlighting my relevant areas of expertise, as MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, UXC,CISSP doesn’t tell you a ton, and buries your name lol.
I put my hard earned 4 video later digital acumen badge next to my name
