PWC AC really ?

I am a SAP Consultant 11 overall & 7 YOE rel.

Working @ Infy with 14.15 LPA ( 12 fix )

I have cleared all the rounds of PWC AC, in the HR round I told my expectation is around 25 LPA ( As I already having and offer of 22.5 LPA ), HR tried to negotiate and finally agreed at 23 LPA fix.

I recieved email to submit my docs like Salary slips, form 16, govt hire form etc. Got calls from BGV they asked few doc which....

My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Please help me decide. Yoe -3.5
