Q to all Xooglers: I will take the VEP and reday to retire in the fall, and would like to hear your suggestions and reminders for things to do before leaving Google:

Changing contact at banks, healthcare, utilities, etc from corp email to personal gmail;
Add plan B for Medicare (age 65+);
Buy medical insurance through cobra to extend the coverage;
(Consider) buying additional life insurance since Google sponsored life insurance will stop;
Buy a new mobile phone;

What else I need to do?

Why would you have contact info for corp email for banks, healthcare, utilities, etc in the first place?

Save any personal files, photos, etc
Save any names and contacts external and internal
Etc

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team? This is for a L3 role at google canada. To the fellow googlers, is this normal practice or am I being lowballed here?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
Thx
Thanks in advance!
