I don’t think it would be fair if they reimbursed me. We all have internet connections at home anyway. Did get a nice home set up (desk, monitor, laptop stand, keyboard etc). Saving a ton of money on commute, dogwalking service, $15 Dig Inn lunches etc. Not going to bother to ask my employer to pay for my toilet paper or whatever.
Many people live near the offices so commute was never an issue for them. Getting a takeout for lunch is a choice. Others, especially larger households with kids, had to upgrade their internet and pay a lot more a month to make sure the speed is sufficient for multiple people working/studying at home. If you need to set up offices/working spaces for you AND the kids, it might get expensive. I think it’s fair for an employer to reimburse a small amount for buying a desk/chairs.
They shipped me a desk, chair and extra monitor. We already have a work phone with internet data and we were upgraded to unlimited data.
Those are awesome

We get $15/month to help pay for internet. Not sure if they were getting their cost info from like, the year 2000 or what.
Yes. I think we get $90 maybe every 3 months to go towards internet. We got a $500 health stipend last year that you could put towards home office, workout device (i.e. apple watch), trainer, gym, etc. It was originally $250 and then they doubled it towards the end of the year.
Nothing except higher expectations and added stress
We get $30 a month for internet. Basically my out-of-pocket for upgrading my plan. Nothing else but we don't need printers and were all given out Aeron chairs when they upgraded the furniture 5 years ago or so...
Nope but laptop, external monitor, keyboard, etc are company provided.
Yes. We got a one time $200 and $50 per quarter for office supplies. Also get WiFi reimbursement for $20 per month.

No, though the law in my state seems to say that they should.
Yes, some agencies are definitely breaking state laws. I called one out on it and got a monthly stipend for my phone. As did everyone else I told in the agency. Eventually HR had to tell everyone. Bet the CFO hated me.
They paid for an external monitor.
Got $300 one time payment to expense desk or office chair.
Expensed a notebook.
One of these bad boys 📔 (and no, not a Moleskin)
No
Got a monitor and a work cell phone at my last agency.
No 🥲
No, but in the UK we got tax credits. Not much, only something like £600 for the year, and only in 2020 I think
We gave up to $500 based on needs per team member
Only an external keyboard and mouse. Nothing otherwise.
Yes, $500 (but taxed) last year.
