When I was younger I was a B, I would not promise too much, just to overdo it when it came to working. Now I just am a D, I just try my best since I found that it didn't pay off for me to work too hard.

Definitely B. I've found that overpromising is the root of most stresses and is actually a bad business step. People know if you're overpromising.
