I have just now applied in Grant Thorntonn for the role of Analyst - Fin Ops - US Operations- NB.

Can someone refer me for the same?
Grant Thornton
I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

what was the outcome?
No knowledge of RBC, but I got a job that started with a phone call because he wanted to congratulate and welcome me before I received the official offer letter. So I wouldn’t automatically assume no. He did not provide reason for why he wanted to talk beforehand either.
He was probably ensuring that you're still in the pipeline/didn't lose interest. Would've reached out a little later after it was solidified, but didn't want you to lose interest is my guess.
It can be good or bad news. Some people just prefer to communicate news through a call.
I always try to manage my own emotions by having no expectations. Helps me stay neutral prior to picking up the call.
Best of luck - hope you will get the role!
It could mean a lot of things, actually. But based on experience, usually, they would want to talk to you about your application. It might be good news.
