Hi fishes,
Can you help me with in hand salary?

A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group

They wong rescind your offer as long as you show you really want the role and are just trying to make it work for both parties. Used this article https://haseebq.com/my-ten-rules-for-negotiating-a-job-offer/
You can get $25k annual rsu easy
I’m sure others will have their opinions on this, but *usually*, and from what my mentors and colleagues have all told me, is that when negotiating and increasing base salary, 5% increase is low, and 20% increase is very high and to usually settle somewhere in the middle. So you’re going for a 25% increase in base comp, which to me seems incredibly aggressive. Especially when you originally asked for a 200k TC package and they gave you more than that (so you will definitely have to justify why you now want almost 250k TC). However, if you feel confident, go for it! Know what you’re worth.
As a side note, levels.fyi is a good site for crowdsourcing salary and comp info for different cities.
Ahhh you’re right I misread the 205TC as what they were offering OP, my bad.
Regardless, definitely negotiate and get over 200k. I just personally think a 25% base salary increase is quite aggressive.
RSUs should have the most room, but I would also let them know that making a move in Q3 you are leaving behind your bonus and need a sign on as well.

What group is this in?
I was going through the same thing, but with another major SaaS company. I'm in India, so my numbers aren't directly comparable. I took a 10% hit on base, but after pushing back on the initial offer, they bumped up my RSUs by 33%. From what I've understood, RSUs have the most flex and base is tricky to navigate.
My CTC for the first year is now in line with my CTC at my current firm for calendar year 2022. May not be much of a bump but it's enough for me, esp. given all the salary bumps this year at my firm.
How many yoe did you have?
