Received an offer from a small consulting firm (mid-size start-up) - client relationship lead role with responsibility of growing an account. What should be reasonable pay? Base + Bonus (based on targets) + ESOPs? Currently a long term director with PwC (going on 6 years) with no real sponsor.

Would you leave consulting to go from 200k to 300k if you love the travel and are single? They may give me a raise so what about 225k to 300k or 250k to 300k?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus).
