Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Supply chain Experts. There is an ask from client to measure a KPi 'synchronization measure from raw materials to FG' from planning team. They need my suggestion. Is it right to think about throughput time (processing time +inspection time+moving materials+Queuing time) or the other way of showing split up ( washing +cutting + inspection + freezing +packing materials). Pls suggest

im not confident in the accuracy of my work. It looks like a top notch deliverable from the outside with formatting, context, etc. But once the client digs into the details, it’s game over for my anxiety. Cant get enough manager review, but Im trying. It’s like the push to just send something by a certain timeline means we sacrifice accuracy.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
