Got asked today best way to gather our own (agency's) 1st party data. My first thought is develop our own pixel to capture user data (ip, email, device ID) and store that in a database, then use it later for targeting through a LiveRamp or similar. No idea if this is right or there's a better way or where I'd start my research. Anyone want to point me in some sort of direction?

I took this role ~10 months ago and I LOVE my direct reports, but I’m really struggling with my manager and leadership. I’m at a startup that has recently entered the growth phase, tripling our business. There are major gaps in communication, prioritization and general processes. I don’t feel like leadership or my manager are taking them seriously. It makes my day to day incredibly difficult because I feel as though I have project whiplash vs getting to focus. Do I look for a new gig?

Anyone expenses overtime meal? Is there an admin code we can charge to? I often work on multiple clients during the day, don’t feel proper to charge to one client, never expense it in the past.

How do you avoid burning out as a senior when working a lot with a staff who has lacking work quality? I find myself exhausted from having to take on more client communications/doing work myself when handling important areas/trying to avoid rework, and for many areas they prepare spending a lot of time communicating what needs to be improved/reviewing the substantial rework. Team is aware of performance issues, so that is not part of the problem

Does anyone have an experience/insights into A) Working for Indeed B) Specifically their Client Strategy & Insights team as an analyst ? A recruiter reached out recently and it seems interesting enough but I’ve never really heard much about working for them or that team.
