I absolutely hate creating tactical maps/ecosystems/plumbing charts etc. I love actually working on developing brand plans and tactics- and even the understanding of channels. Should I change fields? What else is there?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. My only PM experience comes from stepping in on accounts I manage, where there is no PM presence. That means, most of those tasks were related to the budget and scoping, not necessarily execution.
