Recently I had cleared 2 technical rounds in LTI MINDTREE for cloud engineer role.
I had to visit office for the salary discussion when asked about my expectation I asked for a 60% hike but after all the discussion the HR told she will have to get approval from higher management since the expectation is more than 30% and will get back to me.

How much time does it take for them to get back has anyone faced the same situation before??

To the lender counsel that forgot to mention they needed original signature pages for a deal that closed early this year and decided to chase and harass me a day before thanksgiving and a day after thanksgiving multiple times. F*ck you. I don’t know what is driving your lack of courtesy but I have represented the same bank before and know their usual original signature requirement.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
