Recently i have cleared all the rounds in cognizant company he has collected salary slips and said they will release the offer letter. I have waited more than 10 days kept following them for offer , suddenly hr called me and said we have changed our policies and i have to go to the office for some discussion with them and then they will release the offer letter. Now I don’t have other offer in hand worried about cognizant if they rejected to me . Pls give suggestions for this .

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Now scheduled for another rounds of two separate interviews by two Partners. Does anyone have similar experience? What would be the most likely outcome after the partners interview? If successful, what’s the salary expectation?

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I am in tech as a BDR already.
