I got a call from HR (different company than the one I got selected) for Manager opening in a team which is different and unique from my current role; for Bangalore, attended the interview.
Current CTC is 6 Lpa with 7+ yrs exp. Based on different sites info, the avg salary for the title, I found was around 15 lpa; specific to B'lore
Can I try to neg. for 15? I like the role and dont want to miss

What is the current attrition rate at Credit Suisse? . Is it a good idea to switch to Credit Suisse at this point of time as in the latest news I heard company is going in too much losses. My domain is IT.

Most HRs these days ask for previous salary slips/ bonus/hike letters without even quoting their offer. Should we proceed with what they want? Is it ethical? Any pros/cons

I am thinking beyond just verifying if the candidate is not lying on the current salary but what if they don't even have the budget to what the candidate has asked as expectation.
