I agree you need both, but you cant lost everything either. Tough call I think this is where you need a tailored resume for each position you are applying to best match your skills with the role to be.
That’s true. Tailoring the resume to highlight the most relevant tools and outcomes for each role probably makes a big difference.
Tools that are relevant to the role and some explanation of how you used them. A long list of tools or even skills doesn’t tell me anything about them.
Agreed. Context around how the tools were used really helps show depth, not just familiarity.
I agree with Talent Acquisition 1. I think you need to have both on there. It doesn't really make sense to have one without the other.
Good point. The combination probably tells the full story. What you used and what it helped achieve.
