Recently, I was laid off and sent on my way with a nice severance. I had outstanding reviews and a very handsome salary. It has now taken me 4 mos. to find a job. I've interviewed at least 3 times and hired multiple recruiters to assist. Could it be ageism? BTW: My hair is turning white..maybe I should dye it and wear fake eyelashes. :)

They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking
