I joined last year and it was 75K with 10K bonus. So 80K this year might not be that far off. Don't forget, analysts are also eligible for overtime at ACN. Most projects don't have an overtime policy, but a few rare ones do where you can make waaaaay above your salary level.
@acn3 know your worth. When you're asked how much you want to make always say "1mil, that's what I believe I'm worth (and laugh)".... Know the market value and negotiate with "facts".... Preferably via email. It has worked for me every time

Accenture Analyst 82k +5k signing bonus. Straight from college. Started 6 months ago.
Depending on the city (SF, NY, Boston) Accenture analysts easily make 80k + signing bonus
BCG, Associate year 1 (post undergraduate) 76k + ~24k Max bonus (realistic around 15k).

^ first post I read on that was Accenture making 80k plus 10k sign on first year out of undergrad. Not accurate based on people I've talked to. In general numbers seem inflated. What say you, ACN?
