They said mid level.
What’s a girl gotta do to get a number range?
Facebook 1 - 150 for a senior creative? In SF? That’s “very very well paid"?
CD1 I didn’t say anything about whether that’s well paid. And I think your mid/sr logic is debatable. But thanks for the condescension.
For tech companies you have to evaluate offers more on Total Comp (TC).
Mixture of Base Salary + Yearly Bonus + RSU grants. The grants are usually awarded over a period of 4 years so divide them by 4 for your TC (I.e. if your RSU grant is 200k, add 50k to your year 1 TC).
So if you are being paid 150k, with a 15% bonus with a 200k stock award, that would be a TC of 222k. Your recruiter will have bands they’ll try to negotiate in based on the TC figure.
Negotiate your base salary first, then RSUs. Bonus should be 10 or 15% of your salary at that level.

It’s very very well paid. Way more than agencies.
Pretty pretty good, especially when considering never paying for lunch is kinda like a pay increase.
Mid-level 150K+10-15% bonus
Copywriter 2 - a senior creative (Sr CW, Sr AD) is mid-level. And that salary is not very very well paid.
Don’t look at just base. 150 is really 180K with bonus. Not including equity (after the first year you will be adding a nice layer).
What does a CD make?
I would think a senior creative at Facebook would be touching 200k in that area. You can’t afford to live on much less so...
