Salary Questions: I have my CAPM, SCA, and SCPAB Certificaiton and working on my SF Business Analayst cert. I do have an intermediate working knoweldge with flows as well and have implemented 3+ complicated business processes within Salesforce. I have had a very successful first year at my new company. However, my compensations compared to the research I have done does seem low after research. Is 90,000 a year a reasonable salary for my qualifications? *We do get unlimited PTO

After a long interview process, I had to decline an offer from Amazon. I was really excited, but they wanted to start me as an L4. I already have offers on the table $15,000 more then the possible top compensation an L4 can get.

Makes me sad. Has anyone else been real excited about a possible job and have been low balled?

How do you calculate your years of experience? Curious-if I include roles outside of my current dept I have 8. If only counting production, 3. How does that impact your salary negotiations?

I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. However, I’ve been annoyed with their way of running the business and getting between me and my earnings far too long; and I received a lucrative offer to go in-house. I’m not looking forward to their reaction and feel bad about them having to take over my docket when everyone’s very busy. Any tips?

I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)
