@cd1, politely disagree. It is about range. It’s important we as a community are transparent about these things. It’s far too often people are being under paid simply because they don’t have the resources to know what they should be paid for the work/role they do.
150 IMO is incredibly low for the work CDs put in.
150 feels more like ACD level.
For a cd, I'd say at least 200.
I’d argue the work load is lower in purely experiential. Here now. Ours make $135-$150k. but really they ARE ACD level in reality. Just less layers around these parts...!
@ad1, my 79 hour week last week disagrees with that low work load perspective. 😂😝
