However, I want to travel light and am trying to avoid check in bags completely. I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto? I am not authorized to negotiate so they will have to take it up with HR, but I am still just shocked at the reaction. Please tell me if I’m totally out of touch!
