Dang, sorry I meant to comment on the post!
Everyone I know the last 2 weeks

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

My understanding is they’re typically 65/35 base/commissions and base for a director AP probably 250 -325k base.
APs operate in a service consultancy function but it is a sales role thus you are accountable for strict quotas. You’re also expected to have general understanding of the end to end (presale through delivery).
When I interviewed it seemed as though their existing APs were light on the implementation experience so my guess is they’re still looking for that well rounded experience such as you may get at a consultancy— these AP roles are made up of a lot of former or acquired SF firms.
Super helpful D1.
Given what you said about sales teams are from acquired firms, I’m sure the culture depends on how integrate sales team are. How about overall SF culture?
I’m in a non-tech healthcare BD role and SF role is for your healthcare vertical. How tough would be the learning curve going from non-tech to SF but staying within the same HC industry?
Thank you!
Got it. Thanks D1!
