Offers-
Deloitte Usi- 9.8 lpa fixed + 1 lpa joining bonus + 10% variable.
Accenture- 8.1 lpa fixed + 2 lpa joining bonus + 21% variable.
Which one should I agree to? Also is the salary offered by them at par with market standards in India for my experience?
Current ctc is 5.3 lpa, working for a WITCH!!
