I have a case in federal court and need to amend the complaint. The opposing attorney does not object. Do I still file an unopposed motion requesting leave or can I simply file a notice? I am new to the fed litigation and I am bit confused on the process. The clerk of court can’t help me either, I already contacted them.

The recruiter mentioned with my 3 YOE, all in consulting with 1 of it being in SF implementation, I would come in as experienced associate or maybe a senior associate. My understanding is associate is same as analyst as Deloitte. Is this correct? Also what’s the salary range I should aim for? I mentioned at least 120K total.
